What is Karma?

A nice September day... Full of actions and discussions around Yoga and Yoga philosophy. Talk around the subject of Karma. If the concept of Karma is a religious concept?
Does ot have to do something with the idea of Sin?
If you look at Indian society and culture it has a long long history and every thing interlinked with other. Same is with Yoga and all the Yogic paths.

 India has roots in Vaidic cultures, Which was not a religion. It was more of lifestyle or a cultural heritage. Over the year as India was attacked by external powers the people who lived on the other side of Hindukush was called Hindu. And these people kept the rituals and social structure as it was during the Vedic times.
To cut the long history short Yoga is an India Philosophy which show a way to live and explore potential hidden in each one of us.....

The day went in giving last touch to the web site. The Objective is to make a user friendly web site. 

The other exploration was about interior of the Sanapurna. If you have any tip about painting the walls or where can we get nice furniture? Jade Yoga mat will be in studio....

A day to explore

A day with few clouds & many hopes. A slow music plays & I slowly start to open my eyes. already trying to see what is this day going to bring... I wish we all have a day where we looks forward to explore :)

Sanapurna a personal touch to your wellbeing…

Me and thomas are working on the different aspects of starting the Yoga and Ayurveda practice. We had plans and deadlines. Every thing takes much more time then we thought. We learn so much through this process.
We are both discovering our skills on daily basis, I am doing the jobs I thought I will never be doing and it turns out well. Tom surprises me with his creative ideas.
It feels like this is project which is beyond us, all our friends are coming forward to help us, the people who I just knew from my yoga classes became important part of our project....
This is more then starting a studio.
